Job Description
Job Title: Chartered Accountant
Company Name: CreditSea Job Type: On-site Location: Pandri, Raipur
Key Responsibilities:
Accounting & Finance
· Oversee and manage complete books of accounts
· Ensure accuracy of financial records, ledgers, and MIS reports
· Supervise day-to-day accounting activities and team (if applicable)
· Manage cash flow, bank reconciliation, and fund utilization
Taxation & Compliance
· Handle GST compliance including returns, reconciliation, and assessments
· Manage Income Tax, TDS, and other statutory compliances
· Prepare and review tax workings, notices, and replies
· Ensure timely filing of all statutory returns
Audit & Regulatory
· Handle all types of audits (Statutory, Internal, Tax, GST, Concurrent, etc.)
· Coordinate with auditors and ensure smooth audit closures
· Ensure compliance with NBFC regulations, RBI guidelines, and reporting norms
NBFC & Loan Operations
· Strong understanding of NBFC company structure and operations
· Knowledge of all types of loans (Personal, Business, Secured/Unsecured, etc.)
· Support loan accounting, interest calculation, NPA tracking, and provisioning
· Ensure compliance related to lending and recovery processes
Liaisoning & Coordination
· Liaison with GST, Income Tax, Banks, Auditors, and other authorities
· Coordinate with internal departments and senior management
· Assist in financial planning and decision-making
Eligibility & Skills
· Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) – Mandatory
· Proven experience in NBFC or finance/lending companies preferred
· Strong expertise in GST, Taxation, Audits, and Compliance
· In-depth knowledge of NBFC laws, RBI norms, and loan products
· Experience in liaisoning and regulatory coordination
· Proficient in Tally, MS Excel, and other accounting software
· Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
