General Manager – Operations | Luxury Property, Delhi
We are seeking an accomplished hospitality leader to oversee operations at a prestigious luxury property in Delhi. This is a high-impact leadership role for a professional who excels at delivering exceptional guest experiences, driving operational excellence, and leading high-performing teams.
Location: Vasant Kunj, New Delhi
Compensation: ₹40–45 LPA + 7% Annual Performance Bonus
Experience Required: 10–15 Years
Preferred Background:
- Currently working as a Director of Rooms, Rooms Division Manager, or in a similar senior operations role
- Experience with luxury hotels, resorts, or five-star hospitality brands
- Strong exposure to guest experience management, operations, stakeholder engagement, and team leadership
- Proven track record of managing premium customer-facing environments
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end mall operations and ensure seamless day-to-day functioning
- Drive exceptional guest experiences and service standards
- Manage relationships with tenants, brands, and key stakeholders
- Oversee operational efficiency, compliance, and business performance
- Lead and develop cross-functional teams to achieve organizational objectives
