Job Summary
The PEB Detailer is responsible for preparing accurate and detailed fabrication and erection drawings for pre-engineered steel buildings. The role involves creating 3D models, generating shop drawings, preparing material take-offs, and coordinating with design, engineering, fabrication, and project teams to ensure timely and accurate project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop detailed 3D models of PEB structures using detailing software.
- Prepare fabrication/shop drawings for primary steel, secondary steel, and miscellaneous steel components.
- Generate erection drawings and General Arrangement (GA) drawings.
- Produce Bill of Materials (BOM) and material take-offs.
- Review structural and architectural drawings for constructability and detailing requirements.
- Coordinate with structural engineers, project managers, and fabrication teams to resolve detailing issues.
- Ensure drawings comply with project specifications, applicable codes, and company standards.
- Revise drawings based on engineering changes and client comments.
- Maintain documentation and drawing revisions throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support production and site teams by providing clarification on drawings when required.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in PEB detailing (experience requirement can be adjusted based on the role).
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office.
- Good understanding of structural steel detailing and fabrication processes.
- Knowledge of steel connections, shop practices, and erection methodologies.
- Familiarity with international standards such as AISC, MBMA, IS 800, or relevant project codes is an advantage.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
