About the Role
We are looking for a hungry, fast-moving Video Editor & Videographer to drive the visual engine of our performance marketing team. This role is built for a specialist who is 70% focused on high-volume, high-impact post-production (editing, motion graphics, pacing) and 30% capable of executing clean, efficient on-site video shoots. You won't just be cutting footage; you will be directly impacting acquisition metrics by producing assets that convert.
**Key Responsibilities**
**Post-Production & Motion Graphics (70% - The Core Focus)**
* **High-Velocity Editing:** Edit and deliver a high volume of video assets tailored specifically for Meta, Google Ads, YouTube, and Marketplaces in terms of both marketing and catalogue management.
* **Performance Optimization:** Iterate rapidly on winning creatives by testing new hooks, text overlays, and pacing structures based on live campaign data.
* **Visual Packaging:** Apply consistent color grading, fundamental audio sweetening, and clean motion graphics (After Effects) to elevate raw footage.
* **Asset Management:** Organize and maintain a clean project structure, ensuring raw files and templates are easily accessible for the wider marketing team.
**Production & Videography (30% - The Support Function)**
* **Shoot Execution:** Independently set up and shoot localized content, including doctor/health coach interviews, user testimonials, and product b-roll.
* **Technical Operation:** Handle mid-tier professional mirrorless setups (e.g., Sony A7/FX series or equivalent), basic three-point lighting, and wireless lavalier audio capture. * **Edit-First Framing:** Shoot specifically with the edit in mind—capturing the right negative space for text overlays and framing for both 9:16 and 16:9 aspect ratios.
**Requirements**
* **Experience:** 2–4 years of combined experience in video editing and videography, preferably in a D2C, agency, or fast-paced startup environment.
* **Software Stack:** Strong working knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro (primary) and Adobe After Effects (for text/2D motion graphics).
* **Production Skills:** Practical experience operating mirrorless cameras, basic gimbals, and standard continuous lighting.
* **Portfolio:** A showreel or folder of past work that demonstrates strong pacing, clean color, and an understanding of digital ad formats.
Pay: Up to ₹800,000.00 per year
