· Initiate the development of annual plans and targets for the outreach department
· Promote and build positive relations with existing and future sponsors
· Ensure safety of patients and staff during the outreach process
· Ensure grants for cataract surgeries are reimbursed by informing the performance and monitor payment.
· Maintain records and statistics of all outreach activities to support senior management in organizational planning and decision making.
· Identify innovative and alternative methods for community outreach
· Train, support and evaluate performance of camp organizers , field workers
· Calculate and monitor the cost per patient for various outreach activities.
· Evolve targets for Sankaram Package and ensure it is achieved.
· Monitor the targets for number of surgeries, no surgery discharge and post-operative review
· Focus on self-sustaining community outreach – DBCS / Other partners
· Ensure minimal drop-out of selected patients and good post-operative follow-up.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
