Job Purpose
To lead and manage end-to-end recruitment efforts across India, aligning talent acquisition strategies with business goals while ensuring efficiency, compliance, and cost-effectiveness.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end recruitment pan-India, ensuring timely and efficient hiring aligned with business priorities.
- Prioritize roles based on business criticality and maintain flexibility to adapt to evolving organizational needs.
- Develop and implement a cost-effective talent acquisition strategy, leveraging low-cost sourcing channels and optimizing cost-per-hire.
- Build and manage a robust talent pipeline to meet aggressive hiring targets within defined SLAs and TATs.
- Use social media and professional networks to proactively source and engage with high-potential candidates.
- Strengthen employer branding initiatives to position the company as an employer of choice.
- Regularly report progress on open positions and provide proactive solutions to address hiring bottlenecks.
- Monitor recruitment budgets, ensuring adherence to approved financial limits.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, data protection standards, and internal HR policies throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Track key recruitment metrics and generate actionable insights for continuous process improvement.
- Stay updated on industry hiring trends, competitor practices, and emerging technologies in recruitment.
Must-Have Qualifications
- 4–5 years of managerial-level experience in recruitment within the manufacturing sector.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- In-depth knowledge of recruitment strategies, tools, and best practices.
- Demonstrated success in managing high-volume hiring in fast-paced and high-pressure environments.
- Strong commercial acumen, with analytical and critical thinking capabilities.
- Excellent communication skills and a solution-oriented, proactive approach.
