We are seeking a qualified and experienced RN Tutor to prepare candidates for MoH
(Ministry of Health) and DHA (Dubai Health Authority) licensing exams. The ideal
candidate will be responsible for delivering structured training, guiding students through
exam preparation, and ensuring high success rates.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct training sessions for nurses preparing for MoH and DHA licensing exams
Develop and deliver lesson plans covering key nursing subjects and exam syllabus
Provide guidance on exam patterns, question formats, and time management
strategies
Conduct regular mock tests, assessments, and evaluations
Identify student learning gaps and provide individualized support
Update study materials in line with the latest exam guidelines and syllabus
Track student progress and maintain performance reports
Provide mentorship and career guidance to students
Ensure a high level of student satisfaction and success rate
Preferred Qualifications:
M.Sc Nursing / BSC (Master’s degree preferred)
Valid nursing license (MoH/DHA/HAAD preferred)
Minimum 4–6 years of clinical or teaching experience
Prior experience in coaching for MoH/DHA exams is an added advantage
Experience in handling international nursing exam training
Familiarity with CBT (Computer-Based Test) format
Ability to prepare training materials and question banks
