- Financial & Revenue Management: Develop and execute the annual operating budget, control costs, and analyze profit and loss (P&L) statements to maximize the hotel's revenue per available room (RevPAR) and gross operating profit (GOP). [1, 2, 3]
- Operational Oversight: Ensure seamless day-to-day operations across all departments by monitoring performance metrics, enforcing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and conducting regular property walkthroughs. [1, 2, 3]
- Guest Experience & Satisfaction: Monitor online reputation and guest feedback. Lead service recovery efforts and step in to handle escalated VIP requests or guest complaints. [1, 2]
- Human Resources: Recruit, train, and mentor department heads and staff. Foster a positive work culture, conduct performance reviews, and ensure optimal staffing levels. [1, 2, 3]
- Sales & Marketing: Collaborate with the Director of Sales to devise pricing strategies, build corporate relationships, and drive marketing campaigns that increase occupancy. [1, 2]
