Talent Acquisition Executive
Nagarkot Forwarders Pvt. Ltd.
1-2 years experience (max 4 years)
About the role
We are looking for a driven and organised Talent Acquisition Specialist to own end-to-end recruitment at Nagarkot. This is a pure recruitment role — you will not be responsible for any other HR function. Your entire focus will be on finding the right people, at the right time, for the right roles. If you thrive on pipelines, conversations, and closing positions efficiently, this role is for you.
What you will do day to day
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for all open positions, from raising a requirement to offer rollout across operations, logistics, corporate, and support functions.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team context, and the profile they need before sourcing begins.
- Source candidates proactively through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels, do not wait for applications to come in.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial telephonic or video interviews, and shortlist candidates who genuinely fit the role before presenting them to the hiring team.
- Schedule and coordinate all interview rounds, ensuring a smooth experience for both candidates and interviewers with zero follow-up gaps.
- Maintain an updated recruitment tracker at all times, every open position, every candidate, every stage, clearly logged and accessible.
- Manage candidate communication throughout the process, timely updates, feedback, and offer discussions handled professionally.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for recurring and anticipated roles so the team is never starting from scratch on a critical hire.
- Coordinate with management for offer approvals and ensure offer letters and joining formalities are completed on time.
What we are looking for
- 1 to 4 years of experience in a dedicated recruitment or talent acquisition role.
- Hands-on experience sourcing and closing positions across multiple functions and levels.
- Comfortable working with job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.) and maintaining structured trackers.
- Strong communication skills, you will be speaking with candidates and internal stakeholders every day.
- Detail-oriented, self-driven, and able to manage multiple open positions simultaneously without dropping the ball.
- Full-time, in-office role based in Mumbai.
