Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Ready Mix Concrete (RMC) Site Engineer/Supervisor to oversee concrete production, delivery, and site operations. The candidate will coordinate with project teams, monitor concrete quality, manage site activities, and ensure timely execution of work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise Ready Mix Concrete operations at site.
- Monitor concrete pouring activities and quality standards.
- Coordinate with batching plant, contractors, and project teams.
- Ensure proper material usage and minimize wastage.
- Maintain daily progress reports and site records.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations.
Requirements:
- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- Experience in RMC, construction, or site supervision preferred.
- Knowledge of concrete mix designs and quality control.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
