Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic Arts & Science graduates who are interested in building a career in the mechanical manufacturing industry as CNC Machine Operators. Candidates will receive training in operating CNC machines, understanding production processes, and maintaining quality standards in a factory environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Learn and operate CNC machines under supervisor guidance
- Load and unload raw materials/components into machines
- Monitor machine operations and production quality
- Perform basic measurements using gauges and measuring instruments
- Follow production schedules and safety procedures
- Maintain cleanliness and proper handling of tools and equipment
- Report machine issues or defects to supervisors
- Support the production and maintenance team as required
Eligibility Criteria
- Any Arts & Science Degree (BA, BSc, BCom, etc.)
- Freshers or candidates willing to shift into the mechanical field
- Interest in machine operations and manufacturing processes
- Basic communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to work in shifts if required
