An ideal candidate should have a solid background in sales, a deep understanding of telecom products, and the ability to effectively manage key accounts.Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key corporate clients to ensure long-term business partnerships.
- Understand customer requirements and provide customized solutions that align with their needs.
- Expand business with existing clients by consistently offering value-added services.
- Ensure timely and efficient delivery of products and services.
- Act as the primary point of contact between customers and internal teams.
- Address and resolve client concerns, ensuring customer satisfaction and trust.
- Drive new sales opportunities and convert them into long-term business relationships.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts using key account metrics.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience as a Key Account Manager or in a similar sales role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build professional relationships.
- Experience in sales and a customer-centric approach to providing solutions.
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
- Minimum educational qualification: 12th Pass (Sales or related field preferred).
- Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience.
- Ability to meet deadlines and adapt to changing priorities.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and well-organized.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary Range: ₹21,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on interview performance).
