We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Interior Project Manager to lead and manage interior fit-out and furniture projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate should possess strong project management, client handling, and execution skills while ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The candidate should also be capable of understanding client requirements, presenting project solutions, and driving the successful closure of business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end execution of interior fit-out and furniture projects.
- Plan, organize, and monitor project schedules, timelines, and deliverables.
- Coordinate with clients, architects, interior designers, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress, quality, and adherence to project specifications.
- Ensure timely procurement, production, delivery, and installation of furniture and interior materials.
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure successful project completion.
- Review drawings, BOQs, specifications, and project documentation before execution.
- Resolve project-related issues and ensure smooth coordination between all stakeholders.
- Lead project review meetings and provide regular progress updates to management and clients.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Coordinate with the procurement, production, accounts, and operations teams for seamless project execution.
- Maintain complete project documentation, reports, billing updates, and project records.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Understand client requirements, prepare project proposals, conduct project presentations, and confidently negotiate and close project deals.
- Identify business opportunities through client interactions and support business development activities.
- Ensure timely project handover, snag resolution, and post-completion client support.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of interior fit-out execution and furniture installation.
- Proven experience in managing commercial, residential, or corporate interior projects.
- Excellent client relationship management and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Ability to negotiate, influence decisions, and successfully close project deals.
- Strong understanding of BOQs, project costing, budgeting, and project planning.
- Ability to read and interpret AutoCAD drawings and technical layouts.
- Excellent leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Vendor and contractor management experience.
- Proficiency in MS Office, MS Excel, and project management tools.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD is preferred.
Pay: ₹55,231.83 - ₹80,440.21 per year
