An HR Recruiter manages the full-cycle recruitment process. They partner with hiring managers to define staffing needs, write job descriptions, source candidates across multiple platforms, conduct interviews, and guide top talent through the offer, negotiation, and onboarding stages.Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Sourcing: Proactively build a pipeline of qualified candidates using professional networks (e.g., LinkedIn), job boards, employee referrals, and niche platforms.Screening & Interviewing: Review resumes, conduct initial phone/video screenings, and evaluate candidates for both skill and cultural fit.Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with department heads to understand their hiring criteria and advise them on salary benchmarks and market trends.Offer Management: Extend job offers, facilitate compensation negotiations, and handle initial onboarding coordination.Data Management: Track recruitment metrics (such as time-to-fill) and maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
