Prepare, verify, and submit monthly RA bills and final bills as per contract terms
Handle subcontractor billing, certification, reconciliation, and payment coordination
Prepare measurement sheets, BOQs, quantity take-offs, and billing abstracts
Maintain accurate billing records, MIS reports, and supporting documentation
Monitor day-to-day site execution, work progress, and quality standards
Ensure construction activities are carried out as per approved drawings and specifications
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, site engineers, and internal teams
Carry out material reconciliation and support cost control activities
Ensure adherence to safety norms, quality standards, and company guidelines
Assist Project Manager with site reporting, progress updates, and documentation
