About the Role
NeoDocs turns a smartphone into a diagnostic lab — dip a test card, take a photo, get lab-grade results in seconds. Over 200,000 test cards sold and 4,000+ doctors using us across India. We are now expanding globally and building out the design function early. This is a generalist design role. You will move between the app, the packaging a kit ships in, and the ad that sold it. If you want to only push pixels in Figma, this is not the role. Health results are anxiety-inducing to read. A large part of this job is making clinical information feel clear and calm rather than alarming — for a user testing at home and for a doctor testing in clinic. You will work directly with the founders and engineers, with no layers in between, and your work ships within days, not quarters
Key Responsibilites:
- Design kit packaging, test-card artwork, inserts and instruction leaflets
- Own in-clinic collateral — posters, doctor-facing one-pagers, sample reports Growth & Marketing Creative
- Create performance ad creatives and iterate based on what actually converts
- Design landing pages, email and social assets with the growth team Research & Craft
- Prototype and test before handing off to engineering Sit in on user calls and clinic visits and translate what you hear into design changes
- Design for the in-clinic experience used by doctors, not just home users
- Build and maintain the design system so we stop rebuilding buttons
- Keep brand consistent across product, print and digital as we scale
- Prepare print-ready files and coordinate with vendors on output
- Ship variations fast — volume and speed matter more than one perfect asset
- Bring references and a point of view, not just execution Produce pitch decks and product collateral for partners and international markets Keep files organised and handoff-ready — engineers should never guess a spec
Who are you
Fluent in Figma; comfortable in Illustrator or Photoshop
Strong typography and layout instincts
0–2 years of experience, or a portfolio strong enough to make the years irrelevant
Willing to design outside your comfort zone, including the box the kit ships in
Take feedback well and iterate quickly without ego
Motion, 3D, illustration or Canva is a plus — not required
Genuine interest in health, fitness or diagnostics is a plus
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
