- Qualification: BSc / B.E / B.Tech (Computer Science / Electronics and Communication or Equivalent)
- Interface with customers over phone, email, whatsApp for Technical Assistance and Support
- Manage and Track issues reported by customers using defect tracking tools
- Manage and monitor customers’ expectations.
- Support in product production rollout processes (Assemble/Test and shipments)
- Install, support and configure solutions remotely or in field for end users.
- Support in bug fixes and implement product enhancement procedures and standards.
- 1+ years of experience in Product Technical support
- Conceptual knowledge and experience in electronics components and circuits
- Basic knowledge in Networking and communications
- Good knowledge and understanding about embedded systems and IOT modules
- Have hands on experience in defect tracking tools and systems
- Preferable to have programming exposure in C/C++, Java & Python
- Possess good soft skills (oral/written communication in English (Hindi optional))
- Should be flexible in handling out of business hours support
- Should show intention in growing own product knowledge, in breadth and depth
