Eligibility & Requirements
* Graduation is mandatory
* Minimum 1 year of recruitment experience
* BFSI / NBFC recruitment experience preferred
* Willingness to undertake field work, including:
* Branch visits
* Walk-in drives
* Job fairs
* Candidate sourcing activities
* Self-driven, proactive and target-oriented
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to coordinate with candidates and business teams
