Key Responsibilities
· Develop and implement export marketing strategies to expand international business.
· Identify and develop new overseas markets, customers, agents, and distributors.
· Handle international inquiries, prepare quotations, and negotiate commercial terms.
· Prepare and follow up on export offers, proforma invoices, and sales orders.
· Coordinate with production, planning, QA, logistics, and finance teams for export order execution.
· Ensure compliance with export documentation, INCOTERMS, and regulatory requirements.
· Participate in international exhibitions, trade fairs, and virtual client meetings.
· Conduct market research on competitors, pricing, and global demand trends.
· Achieve export sales targets and prepare MIS and performance reports.
· Build and maintain long-term relationships with overseas customers.
Required Skills & Qualifications
· Minimum 5 years of experience in export marketing or international sales.
· Strong knowledge of export documentation (Invoice, Packing List, BL, COO, LC, etc.).
· Good understanding of INCOTERMS, payment terms, and international logistics.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
· Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP systems, CRM, and email communication.
· Ability to work with international clients across different time zones.
Preferred Attributes
· Experience in engineering, stainless steel, pipes, tubes, or industrial products.
· Exposure to Middle East, Europe, USA, or Southeast Asia export markets.
· Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
· Leadership ability to guide junior export or marketing executives.
