Job Summary:
We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to handle US-based customers during night shifts. The role involves resolving customer queries, providing support, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls from US customers
Resolve customer queries related to products, services, billing, and accounts
Provide accurate information and ensure customer satisfaction
Maintain proper records of customer interactions in the system
Follow up on pending issues and ensure timely resolution
Meet quality and productivity targets
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in customer support or similar role
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
Comfortable working in night shifts (US process)
Basic computer knowledge and typing skills
Ability to handle pressure and multitask
