We are seeking an Architectural AI Designer who combines architectural design expertise with artificial intelligence technologies to create innovative, efficient, and data-driven building solutions. The ideal candidate will leverage AI-powered design tools, generative design workflows, and BIM technologies to optimize architectural concepts, improve project delivery, and enhance sustainability.
Key Responsibilities
Develop architectural concepts using AI-assisted design tools and generative design platforms.
Create and manage BIM models using software such as Revit, ArchiCAD, or similar.
Utilize AI to optimize space planning, building performance, and design alternatives.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers throughout the project lifecycle.
Generate high-quality 2D drawings, 3D models, renderings, and visualizations.
Analyze building data to improve energy efficiency, cost optimization, and sustainability.
Automate repetitive design tasks using AI workflows and scripting where appropriate.
Stay current with emerging AI technologies and integrate them into architectural workflows.
Ensure designs comply with local building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
Present design concepts and AI-generated solutions to clients and stakeholders.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
