Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and networking.
- Client Acquisition for IT services such as web development, software solutions, cloud services, and digital marketing.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer needs.
- Draft proposals, presentations, and negotiate contracts to close deals.
- Collaborate with technical teams to deliver tailored IT solutions.
- Maintain long-term client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and report performance metrics to management.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
- Strong knowledge of IT services including software development, cloud solutions, and digital products.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or related field.
- 0-5 years of experience in IT sales or business development preferred.
- Freshers with strong communication and sales aptitude may also apply.
