Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Regional Sales Manager (RSM) to lead and expand our business across Gujarat. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in FMCG/Tea/Beverage sales, with expertise in General Trade, distributor management, team handling, and market expansion. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, strengthening distribution, and ensuring excellent execution in the market.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive primary and secondary sales to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual business targets.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market share across Gujarat.
- Appoint, develop, and manage distributors to strengthen market coverage.
- Lead, coach, and monitor the performance of Area Sales Managers (ASMs) and Sales Officers.
- Expand distribution and ensure product availability in retail, wholesale, and key accounts.
- Monitor beat plans, market coverage, retailer productivity, and sales execution.
- Build strong relationships with distributors, super stockists, and key retailers.
- Track sales performance, competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
- Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments and maintain healthy distributor inventory.
- Coordinate with marketing and supply chain teams for product launches, promotions, and demand planning.
- Submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence to the management.
Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
