Working with our Consultants for Statutory Audits, Assessments, Statutory Compliances, RERA Compliances etc.
Preparation of various MIS for management reporting
Assist with Financial Planning and Operations such as Monthly Budgeting by estimating inflow from Sales and expected payments to Contractors / Suppliers etc.
1) Understanding of re-development of Co-op Hsg Societies on topics of rent, corpus, purchase / surrendering area.
2) Direct / Indirect taxes and its computation in real estate development.
3)GST in redevelopment projects.
4)Accounting Standards & Guidelines for Real Estate Projects as issued by ICAI & understanding of chart of accounts for redevelopment project.
6) With help of various journal entries explain how to record a flat sale transaction so that we can understand following -
(i) Collections
(ii) Tax estimation
(iii) Pending Flat Sale Agreements
7) Costing of Real-Estate Projects
8) Preparing Incurred Versus Budget statements to understand "source" and "use" of funds
9) Preparing Projections for making application to Bank for Project Finance
10) Certificates required for registration of the project with RERA, how does banking work for projects registered under RERA, how does banking work for RERA registered projects where the Builder has availed Construction Finance versus where the Builder is doing the Construction using his own funds / capital, what are the reporting requirements of Banks from Builders whose projects are registered under RERA etc.
