The role involves calling students and parents, explaining our study abroad programs, and generating leads for admissions and overseas education services.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to students and parents
- Explain study abroad and career opportunities
- Follow up on leads and inquiries
- Maintain call records and client details
- Coordinate with counselors for admissions support
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets
Requirements
- Good communication skills in Malayalam and basic English
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
- Basic computer and smartphone knowledge
- Positive attitude and convincing skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
