We are looking for a dynamic Operations and Quality Intern to work closely with our Quality Manager to help elevate our operational standards and hospital compliance.
Job Summary
As a Operations and Quality Intern, you will be the right hand to our Quality Manager. This role is a fantastic opportunity to understand the inner workings of healthcare administration, quality audits, and patient satisfaction tracking. You will be organizing data, drafting critical communications, and creating presentations that directly impact hospital operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Data Management: Organize, track, and analyze hospital quality metrics, patient feedback, and audit results using advanced Microsoft Excel functions.
- Presentation Design: Create visually appealing and clear PowerPoint presentations for internal training, stakeholder meetings, and quality reviews.
- Documentation & Writing: Assist in drafting, updating, and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and quality manuals
- Cross-Departmental Communication: Coordinate with medical, nursing, and administrative staff to gather data and follow up on quality corrective actions.
- Quality Audits: Assist the manager in conducting routine floor inspections and clinical audits to ensure compliance with healthcare standards.
- Any other tasks assigned by the Supervisor
What We Are Looking For
- Excel Skills: Strong proficiency in MS Excel & Google spreadsheet (data entry, sorting, basic formulas like VLOOKUP/IF, and charts are a must).
- Communication: Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi to comfortably interact with hospital staff and management.
- Presentation Savvy: A good eye for design and structure in MS PowerPoint or Google Slides.
- Writing Ability: Strong grammar and a professional tone for drafting reports and emails.
