Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Interaction:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, or social media.
- Manage inbound and outbound calls to resolve queries and concerns.
- Issue Resolution:
- Provide accurate information on products, services, and policies.
- Troubleshoot problems and offer appropriate solutions within the designated timelines.
- Escalate complex issues to senior staff or relevant departments if needed.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Education: Under Graduate / Bacheloru2019s degree in any discipline (preferred but not mandatory).
- Experience: 0-5 years in customer service, support, or related roles.
Work Environment & Schedule: Rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays (if applicable).
