Job Summary
Edwin Academy is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, counselling prospective students, building strong client relationships, and achieving admission targets.
Key Responsibilities
* Generate new leads through calls, walk-ins, referrals, and online platforms.
* Follow up with prospective students and convert enquiries into admissions.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with students and parents.
* Explain the academy’s courses, fees, and admission process.
* Meet monthly admission and sales targets.
* Maintain accurate records of leads and follow-ups.
* Coordinate with the marketing and admissions teams to improve lead conversions.
* Prepare daily and weekly activity reports.
Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree preferred.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Basic computer and MS Office knowledge.
* Freshers are welcome to apply.
* Candidates with 1+ year of experience in sales, business development, or education counselling will have an added advantage.
