About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and responsible Credit Executive to join our lending operations team. The candidate will be responsible for evaluating customer loan applications, conducting credit verification, and ensuring proper documentation and loan processing.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and verify customer loan applications and documents.
- Conduct credit checks and assess customer eligibility.
- Verify customer information through calls and other available sources.
- Evaluate repayment capacity and creditworthiness.
- Process and recommend loan applications as per company policies.
- Coordinate with customers regarding required documents and application status.
- Maintain accurate records of loan applications and customer information.
- Follow company credit policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
- Coordinate with the operations and collection teams when required.
- Achieve assigned targets while maintaining quality and accuracy.
Requirements
- Experience: Payday loan / digital lending / personal loan experience preferred.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of loan and credit processes.
- Ability to work with targets and deadlines.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Freshers with relevant knowledge may also be considered.
