Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and client-focused Account Manager to manage client communication, follow-ups, and coordination with internal Talent Acquisition (TA) teams. This role is ideal for someone with ~6 months of sales or client-facing experience who has strong communication skills and a relationship-building mindset.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
Perform regular follow-ups with clients on submitted profiles
Collect and track client feedback on candidates
Coordinate closely with internal TA / recruitment teams
Ensure timely submission updates and status tracking
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Maintain records of client interactions, feedback, and progress
Identify opportunities to improve client satisfaction and engagement
Required Skills & Qualifications
0–1 year experience in sales, client servicing, or account management
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Good follow-up and coordination abilities
Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities
Basic understanding of recruitment process (preferred but not mandatory)
Strong interpersonal skills and relationship-building ability
Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented
Preferred Background
Experience in sales / business development / recruitment coordination
Exposure to working with clients or stakeholders
Familiarity with tools like Excel, CRM, or ATS is a plus
Experience Requirement
