- Identify and acquire new customers involved in imports and exports to and from the United States.
- Generate new business through Cold calling / Client visits, Networking, Referrals, Email campaigns, LinkedIn, and Industry events.
- Build a strong sales pipeline and consistently achieve monthly sales targets.
- Develop long-term relationships with exporters, importers, manufacturers, buying houses, and logistics decision-makers.
- Promote Ocean Freight (FCL/LCL), Air Freight, Customs Clearance, Transportation, Warehousing, Project Cargo, and Value-Added Logistics Services.
- Understand customer supply chain requirements and provide customized logistics solutions.
- Conduct customer meetings, presentations, and service demonstrations.
- Negotiate freight rates, commercial terms, and service contracts.
- Ensure timely submission of quotations in coordination with the Pricing Team.
- Follow up on quotations and convert them into confirmed business.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to maximize business opportunities.
- Increase shipment volumes and revenue from assigned accounts.
- Address customer concerns promptly by coordinating with Operations, Customer Service, Documentation, and Finance teams.
- Conduct periodic business reviews with key customers.
- Monitor competitor activities, freight market trends, carrier updates, and industry developments.
- Identify emerging opportunities in the US trade lane.
- Share market intelligence with management for strategic planning.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
