You will be responsible to -
Own communication design: Exhibit excellent design fundamentals, including color
theory, typography, illustration, and iconography, with relentless attention to detail and
consistency.
Create visually stunning assets: Work across multiple design outputs, including decks,
landing pages, sales enablement materials, performance ads, whitepapers, branding
projects, marketing campaigns, and social media video collaterals. Demonstrate a strong
ability to visualize data and tell compelling visual stories.
Create motion & video assets: create short gifs, animations, motion graphics and
execute smaller video edits.
Leverage your skills (and/or team) in video editing, shooting, and motion graphics to
create dynamic content.
This includes overseeing production, storyboarding, and collaborating with external
vendors if required.
Implement experiential design: Conceptualize and execute projects for non-traditional
media. Have the ability to think beyond traditional design, creating unique, immersive
experiences for consumers across various touchpoints.
Leverage freelance network: Utilize your strong network of freelancers (videographers,
designers, directors, editors, etc.) to scale resources based on project requirements.
Manage these relationships on a plug-and-play model when required.
Cross-team collaboration: Work closely with internal teams such as marketing, product,
and business development to align design strategies with broader business objectives.
Incorporate AI Design (optional, but big plus): harness and leverage AI design tools such
as MidJourney, Photoshop Beta, and Firefly to create unique and innovative imagery,
enhance creative workflows and generate novel visual concepts
