Through our plant in Ahmedabad, we sell and service induction heating equipment all over India and Asia. The induction heating systems we manufacture are tailor-made large electro-mechanical capital equipment – they range from 50 KW up to 10,000 KW and the sales price of single equipment is in lacks. We are looking for an ideal candidate for our “HR Executive” post in Ahmedabad. The primary responsibilities of the candidate would be to -
1.Manage online job portals and maintain candidate databases.
2.Coordinate with HR agencies and company managers for interview scheduling.
3.Assist in recruitment activities including:
A.Preparing job descriptions
B Screening resumes
C.Scheduling interviews
D.Conducting initial HR interviews
4.Handle HR operations including:
A.Offer letters
B.Appointment letters
C.Employment contracts
D.Employee documentation
5.Manage onboarding and joining formalities for new employees.
6.Maintain employee master records, joining trackers and employee files in both soft and hard copies.
7.Prepare and update HR policies and procedures.
8.Maintain employee attendance and leave records.
9.Manage Group Medical Insurance and Group Personal Accident (GPA) insurance records.Add newly joined employees and remove exited employees from insurance policies and HR records.
10.Assist in administrative and office coordination tasks.
The range for the salary is INR 35,000 – INR 45,000 per month. The actual salary will be offered based on the relevant experience and existing CTC.
