We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Jewellery Store Manager to oversee daily store operations, drive sales performance, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, deep knowledge of jewellery products, and the ability to manage teams and store profitability effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Revenue Management
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
- Drive upselling and cross-selling of jewellery products
- Monitor sales performance and implement improvement strategies
Team Management
- Recruit, train, and supervise store staff
- Set performance targets and conduct regular evaluations
- Motivate team to deliver high-quality customer service
Customer Experience
- Ensure premium customer service standards
- Handle high-value customers and VIP clients
- Resolve customer complaints professionally
Inventory & Stock Control
- Manage stock levels, stock audits, and replenishment
- Ensure proper handling and security of high-value items
- Coordinate with suppliers and warehouse teams
Store Operations & Security
- Maintain store hygiene, display standards, and ambiance
- Ensure compliance with company policies and security protocols
- Prevent theft and shrinkage through monitoring systems
Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports
- Analyze customer trends and buying behavior
- Provide insights to improve store performance
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration / Retail / Any field
- Certification in Retail Management (optional but preferred)
