· Welcome and assist customers in selecting bakery products
· Handle billing (cash, UPI, card) accurately and efficiently
· Maintain proper display and arrangement of bakery items
· Ensure freshness and quality of products at the counter
· Upsell and promote combos, offers, and new items
· Pack products neatly and hygienically
· Maintain cleanliness of counter and display area
· Monitor stock levels and inform for replenishment
· Handle customer complaints politely and professionally
· Coordinate with kitchen staff for timely availability of items
