Key Responsibilities
- Develop, customize, and configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM applications.
- Design and implement CRM solutions based on business requirements.
- Customize entities, forms, views, dashboards, business rules, and workflows.
- Develop plugins, custom workflows, and integrations using C#, .NET, and JavaScript.
- Create and consume REST APIs, Web APIs, and integrate with third-party applications.
- Work with Power Platform tools, including Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI.
- Write and optimize SQL queries and manage CRM data.
- Develop reports using SSRS or Power BI.
- Perform unit testing, debugging, and troubleshoot application issues.
- Migrate CRM solutions between development, testing, and production environments.
- Maintain system security roles, permissions, and data integrity.
- Collaborate with business analysts, functional consultants, QA teams, and stakeholders.
- Prepare technical documentation and support end users after deployment.
Pay: ₹540,213.76 - ₹1,908,279.30 per year
