Room Boy – Service Apartment
We are looking for a hardworking and service-oriented Room Boy to maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and guest comfort in our service apartments. The candidate will be responsible for housekeeping duties, guest assistance, and ensuring apartments are maintained to high standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain guest rooms, apartments, and common areas.
- Prepare rooms for guest check-in as per company standards.
- Perform bed making, dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and bathroom cleaning.
- Replenish room supplies, toiletries, and amenities.
- Report maintenance issues, damages, or shortages to the supervisor.
- Assist guests with basic requests and provide courteous service.
- Ensure proper handling of guest belongings and maintain confidentiality.
- Collect and deliver guest laundry or other requested items when required.
- Maintain cleanliness of housekeeping equipment and work areas.
- Follow safety, hygiene, and company procedures.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Previous experience in housekeeping, hotels, service apartments, or hospitality preferred.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and attention to detail.
- Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.
- Ability to follow instructions and maintain discipline.
