The Opportunity
We are looking for an Accounting Intern who is eager to gain practical experience in accounting and finance operations in a real business environment.
This role is ideal for a B.Com student, recent graduate, or fresher who has a basic understanding of accounting and is comfortable working on Tally.
You will get hands-on exposure to day-to-day accounting activities, including maintaining records, recording transactions, invoicing, reconciliations, and supporting the finance and accounts function.
What You Will Do
As an Accounting Intern, you will assist with:
- Recording day-to-day financial transactions in Tally
- Maintaining and updating accounting records
- Preparing and recording sales and purchase invoices
- Assisting with accounts payable and receivable activities
- Bank and ledger reconciliation
- Maintaining customer and vendor accounts
- Supporting the preparation of basic accounting reports
- Checking invoices, bills, receipts, and other financial documents
- Assisting with GST-related accounting and documentation
- Following up on outstanding payments and maintaining payment records
- Organizing and maintaining financial documentation
- Supporting the accounts team with routine accounting and administrative tasks
What We Are Looking For
We are looking for someone who is:
- Comfortable using Tally / TallyPrime
- Familiar with basic accounting principles
- Comfortable working with numbers and financial records
- Detail-oriented and careful with data
- Organized and able to maintain accurate records
- Willing to learn and take responsibility for assigned work
- Comfortable using MS Excel or Google Sheets
- Able to work independently as well as with the team
Eligibility
This internship is open to:
- Students currently pursuing B.Com, M.Com, or a related commerce/accounting program
- Recent graduates
- Freshers looking to begin a career in accounting and finance
Prior work experience is not required. Practical knowledge of Tally and basic accounting concepts is more important.

Compensation
This is a paid internship.
The stipend will be decided based on the candidate's skills, Tally proficiency, accounting knowledge, and interview performance.
Full-Time Opportunity
Candidates who demonstrate strong performance, accuracy, reliability, and a good understanding of the organization's accounting processes may be considered for a full-time opportunity upon completion of the internship.
