Position: Sales Executive – Retail Sales

Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹50,000 per month
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and retail customers.
- Drive primary and secondary sales to achieve assigned sales targets.
- Conduct regular market visits to identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
- Appoint and manage dealers in the assigned territory.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order processing and deliveries.
Candidate Requirements:
- 2–5 years of experience in retail sales, preferably from the building materials industry.
- Experience in handling dealers and channel partners.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Good knowledge of the Bangalore market will be an added advantage.
