Job Title: Customer Support Executive
CarboX is looking for a confident and friendly Customer Support Executive to connect with potential customers, explain our car detailing services, answer inquiries, and book appointments. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and a customer-first approach.
Responsibilities:
- Contact potential and existing customers.
- Explain CarboX services and ongoing offers.
- Schedule appointments and follow up on inquiries.
- Maintain accurate customer records.
Requirements:
- Good communication skills (Malayalam required; English/Hindi is a plus).
- Basic computer and phone handling skills.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
