Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telecaller to join our sales/customer service team. The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, handling customer inquiries, and providing information about products or services with the goal of generating sales or setting up appointments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers from the provided database or leads.
- Explain the products/services clearly and persuasively to generate interest.
- Follow up on leads and convert them into customers.
- Maintain a record of all calls made and received, and update customer information.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, or requests in a professional manner.
- Schedule appointments for field sales representatives when necessary.
- Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to offer accurate information.
Requirements:
- HSC.
- Proven experience as a telecaller, telemarketer, or in a similar role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain calm under pressure.
- Basic computer knowledge
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
