Title: Manager, OT Cybersecurity
Work You'll Do
Lead client engagements to strengthen cybersecurity posture across OT, ICS, and industrial environments. The role will involve engagement leadership, client relationship management, solution oversight, business development, and team management.
Responsibilities:
- Lead OT cybersecurity engagements end-to-end, from scoping through delivery, ensuring quality, timeline, and budget adherence.
- Own client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor on OT/ICS security strategy and risk management.
- Oversee design and deployment of OT security solutions, including asset management, network monitoring, segmentation, and secure remote access.
- Lead OT gap assessments, cyber risk assessments, and maturity assessments; guide teams in prioritizing and remediating findings.
- Drive proposal development, scoping, and pricing; identify and pursue follow-on opportunities with existing clients.
- Manage, mentor, and develop consulting teams, including performance feedback and career development.
- Engage senior client stakeholders (e.g., CISO, plant and operations leadership) and coordinate with engineering, network, cloud, and cybersecurity teams.
- Contribute to practice development, including methodology, tools, and thought leadership.
Required Skills:
- 10-15 years of experience in OT, ICS, industrial cybersecurity, or a related field, including experience leading teams and engagements.
- Proven experience managing multi-workstream projects and client relationships in a consulting environment.
- Deep knowledge of OT devices, network architectures, and industrial protocols.
- Experience with at least three of the following:
o OT asset management
o OT network segmentation
o Secure remote access
o OT monitoring or IDS
o OT Automation solutions
o OT incident response
o IoT security
o SCADA/ICS security
- Hands-on and oversight experience with OT cybersecurity platforms such as Claroty, Nozomi, Dragos, or equivalent.
- Strong command of ISA/IEC 62443, NIST 800-82, NISTIR 8183, NIST CSF, ISO 27001, and OT cyber risk management frameworks.
- Experience developing proposals, statements of work, and pricing for cybersecurity engagements.
- Track record of managing, mentoring, and developing junior and mid-level consulting staff.
- Experience presenting to executive and plant-level stakeholders, and building trusted advisor relationships.
- Ability to leverage GenAI and agentic AI tools to improve assessment, documentation, and delivery efficiency across teams, with appropriate governance and oversight.
- Understanding of AI governance and responsible AI controls in cybersecurity contexts.
- Strong business acumen, including budget and financial management of engagements.
- Excellent communication, executive presence, and problem-solving skills.
Additional Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity, or related field; Master's degree (MBA, M.Tech, or MS in Cybersecurity) is a plus.
- Experience leading proposals and business development in a consulting environment.
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent engagements and teams.
- Willingness to travel based on client requirements.
Preferred:
- Certifications such as ISA/IEC 62443, CISSP, CISM, CISA, GICSP.
- PMP, Scrum, or similar project-management certification.
- Experience in Power and Utilities, Oil and Gas, Manufacturing, or Industrial Products.
- Experience with CyberPHA or OT maturity assessments.
- P&L or account management experience.
