Job Description:
Manage and organize MD’s calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel plans.
Coordinate internal and external communication on behalf of the MD.
Prepare and maintain documents, reports, presentations, and meeting notes.
Follow up on action items, project deadlines, and internal approvals.
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Act as a coordinator between the MD and other departments or external stakeholders.
Assist in planning and coordinating corporate events or meetings.
Manage office tasks such as correspondence, filing, and office supplies for MD.
Ensure timely reminders and updates on important business matters.
Key Skills:-
1.Bachelor’s degree.
2.0-2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
