Job Summary
We are looking for an Agriculture Trainer to provide practical training and guidance to farmers, field teams, distributors, and other stakeholders on modern agricultural practices, organic farming, crop management, and effective use of agricultural products.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct training programs for farmers and field teams
- Provide practical knowledge about modern and organic farming techniques
- Explain proper usage, dosage, and application methods of agricultural products
- Conduct field visits and demonstrations
- Educate farmers about crop management, soil health, fertilizers, and pest management
- Develop training materials, presentations, and educational content
- Conduct seminars, workshops, and farmer meetings
- Understand farmers' problems and provide suitable technical guidance
- Coordinate with the Sales and Marketing teams during farmer training programs
- Collect farmer feedback and prepare training reports
- Stay updated with new agricultural technologies and farming practices
- Travel to different locations for training and field activities
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of agriculture and farming practices
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Ability to explain technical topics in simple language
- Farmer interaction and field-training skills
- Good leadership and coordination abilities
- Basic computer knowledge and MS Office
- Willingness to travel across Gujarat / as required
Qualification
- B.Sc. Agriculture / M.Sc. Agriculture
- Diploma in Agriculture can also be considered for suitable candidates
Experience
- 2–5 years of experience in agriculture training, field agriculture, agribusiness, or farmer engagement
- Freshers with strong agricultural knowledge and good communication skills can also apply
Preferred
- Experience in organic farming, fertilizers, bio-fertilizers, pesticides, crop nutrition, or agricultural products
- Experience conducting farmer seminars and field demonstrations
- kannada, Malayalam language proficiency is preferred
- Candidate should be ready to travel across India as required.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
