Job Description – Telesales Executive (Course Sales)
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Telesales Executive with at least 1 year of experience in sales/counselling to promote and sell our professional training courses. The candidate should have excellent communication skills and the ability to convert leads into admissions.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls for course inquiries
- Explain course details, fees, duration, and career opportunities to students
- Follow up with leads generated through social media, website, and marketing campaigns
- Convert inquiries into admissions
- Maintain daily call reports and lead status
- Build strong relationships with students and parents
- Achieve monthly admission and sales targets
- Coordinate with the counselling and marketing team
Required Skills
- Good communication and convincing skills
- Basic knowledge of sales and telecalling process
- Ability to handle student queries professionally
- Comfortable with CRM/Excel and follow-up management
- Positive attitude and target-oriented approach
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Minimum 1 year experience in telesales, education counselling, or course sales
- Experience in IT, Digital Marketing, or Training Institute sales will be preferred
- Hindi & English communication required
