- Manage day-to-day operations for Amazon, Flipkart, and other marketplaces.
- Optimize product listings (titles, bullet points, A+ content, backend keywords, SEO).
- Launch new SKUs and drive visibility using deal events, coupons, and merchandising.
- Plan and manage advertising budgets (Amazon PPC, Flipkart Ads) for maximum ROAS.
- Monitor and improve key metrics like CTR, conversion rate, return rate, and ratings.
- Collaborate with design and content teams to create high-converting listing creatives.
- Coordinate with logistics/ops team for inventory planning, order fulfillment, and performance metrics (ODR, RTO, etc.).
- Identify new marketplace opportunities and growth levers (B2B, international platforms).
- Stay updated with marketplace algorithms, policies, and seasonal campaigns.
