Key Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Channel Partner Development
- Identify and onboard new channel partners (brokers, dealers, distributors, agents).
- Build strong and long-term relationships with channel partners.
- Provide necessary product and company information to partners.
2. Sales Target Achievement
- Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Generate leads and closures through channel partners.
- Track partner performance and ensure productivity.
3. Market Expansion
- Explore new markets and territories for business growth.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Increase brand visibility through partner networks.
4. Partner Support & Engagement
- Conduct regular meetings and follow-ups with partners.
- Organize channel partner meets, presentations, and site visits.
- Provide marketing materials and promotional support.
5. Lead Management & Coordination
- Coordinate with CRM and sales team for lead tracking.
- Ensure timely response to partner-generated inquiries.
- Follow up for bookings, documentation, and payments.
6. Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain channel partner database and agreements.
- Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and performance MIS.
- Track commissions and incentive payouts.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
