We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to join our team. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring qualified candidates to meet the organization's staffing needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify hiring needs and create job descriptions.
- Post job openings on job portals and social media platforms.
- Source candidates through various recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
- Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers.
- Conduct reference and background checks.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
- Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience and timely hiring.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 0–3 years of recruitment or HR experience (freshers with strong communication skills may also apply).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of recruitment processes and HR practices.
- Proficiency in MS Office and job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Pay: ₹9,346.19 - ₹30,987.31 per month
