Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling inbound inquiries, explaining our products or services, generating leads, and maintaining positive customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Answer inbound customer calls and resolve queries professionally.
- Explain products, services, and promotional offers to customers.
- Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage conversions.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM or database.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and conversion targets.
- Handle customer objections politely and effectively.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer service.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass or Graduate (preferred).
- 0–2 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales.
- Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage.
