Job Description
We are looking for a Reverse Logistics Executive to manage the return of pharmaceutical products from pharmacies, distributors, and customers. The candidate will ensure proper documentation, quality checking, and coordination with the warehouse and sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle returned medicines from pharmacies and distributors.
- Verify batch number, expiry date, and quantity of returned products.
- Maintain proper documentation and records of returned stock.
- Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics team for product returns.
- Ensure returned products are segregated as damaged, expired, or saleable.
- Follow company policies and regulatory guidelines for pharmaceutical returns.
- Prepare return reports and update stock records.
- Support the team in reverse supply chain management.
Qualification
- Plus Two / Degree (preferably in any field).
Experience
- Minimum 6 Months years experience in logistics, warehouse, or pharmaceutical distribution preferred.
Skills
- Basic knowledge of inventory and stock management
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel / stock entry)

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
